This update covers changes released in August 2026, across reports, parking, check-in, privacy, and the Personio and Microsoft Teams integrations.
New
Attendance reports have their own section in Company settings
Attendance report controls have moved out of Notifications into a dedicated Reports section in Company settings. Alongside the automatic month-end report, you can now pick a month and have that report sent to you by email, which helps when you need a period nobody scheduled in advance. Read more
Book a parking space without a desk, whatever your role
Standalone parking booking is no longer limited to people with elevated access. Once your admin has enabled it for the office, every employee can reserve a parking space on its own, without booking a desk first. Read more
Personio-invited employees are activated on first sign-in
Employees invited through Personio used to stay in an invited state even after signing in with SSO, which blocked them from booking. They now move to a registered state automatically, so an HR-managed rollout does not stall on a manual activation step. Read more

Organization-wide privacy for dashboards and reports
Administrators can hide personal analytics data across the dashboard and the monthly attendance report with one organization-wide setting, instead of keeping separate controls aligned per surface. Individual visibility settings are unchanged and still decide who can see a person's bookings.
One check-in behavior across booking types
Desk, room, and parking check-in now follow the same lifecycle: a reminder before the booking starts, a confirmation from you, and automatic release if nobody confirms in time.
Clearer Microsoft Teams sign-in for people without an account
Opening Yoffix in Microsoft Teams without a Yoffix account used to end in a login that could not succeed. The sign-in flow now looks you up and points you to requesting an invitation from your admin.
More context in room booking notification emails
Room booking notifications can go to a more flexible set of recipients, and the email can include the resources selected with the room along with the event details from the booking.
Fixes
Office setting changes now apply immediately, without closing the settings modal first.
Booking a parking space no longer clears the day status in the calendar, and parking-only reservations show the correct visual state.
Attendance appears the same way in the main calendar and in team views.
Managers are notified when a recurring reservation creates an overlap that cancels another person's booking.
Password reset now works for accounts that were blocked by an incorrect account state.
Personio absence changes, including recurring office-booking cases, are reflected correctly in Yoffix.
