Set a Status and Book a Desk
To book a desk in Slack:
Open Slack
Select Yoffix under Apps
Choose a day
Select your status (e.g., office or remote)
Choose from available offices
Save your booking
The booking will immediately appear in your Yoffix calendar.

Check in via Slack
If the check-in feature is enabled by your admin and Slack is set as your notification channel:
You will receive a message one hour before your booking
You can confirm or cancel with one click
If no action is taken within one hour, the booking is automatically canceled
This helps prevent no-shows and keeps office occupancy accurate.

Attendance Overview via Yoffix in-channel bot
You can add the Yoffix bot to any Slack channel to receive attendance overviews.
To add the bot:
Open Slack
Go to Apps → Yoffix

Click Add this app to a channel
Select the desired channel
The channel will then display an overview of who is scheduled to be in the office.

I don't see Yoffix under Apps in Slack Confirm with your admin that the Slack integration has been enabled under Settings → Integrations → Tools → Slack and that the connection was authorized.
I'm not receiving notifications Check that your notification channel is set to Slack in your Yoffix profile under Profile → Notification channel. You must do this individually — it is not set by the admin on your behalf.
The Yoffix bot isn't posting in my channel The bot needs to be explicitly added to the channel. Go to Apps → Yoffix and use the "Add this app to a channel" option. The bot cannot post to channels it has not been added to.
My booking was automatically canceled If the check-in feature was enabled, your booking was likely auto-canceled after the check-in window expired without a response. Check your Slack messages for the check-in prompt.
