September 2026 product updates
This update covers changes released in September 2026, across sign-in security, check-in, availability, and integrations.
New
Turn off password sign-in for SSO companies
If your company signs in through SSO only, administrators can now switch off password login and the password reset option. Employees then get into Yoffix through your identity provider alone, and nobody can fall back on a separate Yoffix password. Read more
Check-in and check-out API for integrations
Yoffix now offers universal OpenAPI endpoints for check-in and check-out. They cover desks, rooms, visitors, and parking, and they support external access devices. Requests are idempotent, so a repeated request does not create a second check-in, and errors come back in a machine-readable format your integration can handle. Read more
Improved
A second check-in reminder before a booking is released
If check-in is on and you have not confirmed yet, Yoffix now sends a second reminder 15 minutes before the booking is released automatically. It arrives by email, in Slack, or in Microsoft Teams.
More accurate availability for desks and parking
Availability checks are faster and now take your permissions into account, so you only see spaces you can actually book. Live counts for desks and parking spaces are also more accurate and include only free spaces that are open to you.
Fixes
You can edit and delete your own bookings again.
The booking timeline shows the office-hour start time your admin has configured.
Check-in completion notifications are delivered again through all supported channels.
Desk availability no longer shows every desk as taken when desks are still free.
