Major improvements
My office — redesigned
The My office screen has been fully redesigned for faster, clearer planning:
A new map legend helps you orient yourself in the office layout at a glance.
A date picker lets you quickly switch between weeks without navigating away.
A weekly statuses overview shows you and your colleagues' presence plans in one view.
You can now book a desk directly from My office without extra steps.

Visitor badge printing
Visitor badges can now be printed directly from Yoffix, making front-desk check-ins smoother and giving visitors a more professional welcome experience.

Approval flow for room bookings
Room bookings can now require approval before being confirmed. Admins can enable this per room, giving teams more control over how meeting rooms get reserved.

HRworks integration
Yoffix now integrates with HRworks. Once connected, user profiles (including profile pictures) and absences sync automatically — no manual updates needed. Setup is available in your admin settings under Integrations.
Minor updates and fixes
Recurring bookings — improved reliability
Several edge cases around extending recurring bookings have been fixed. Recurring desk bookings now behave more predictably.
Mobile — significantly more stable
A large number of mobile bugs have been resolved. The overall mobile experience is now substantially more reliable across common workflows.
Calendar integrations (Outlook and Google Calendar) — improved stability
Outlook and Google Calendar integrations are now more stable and consistent. All companies have been migrated to Integration v2 for improved reliability.
Invitation and registration flow — fixes
Expired invitation links are now properly invalidated, and employees with incorrect or outdated statuses are handled correctly during onboarding.
Anonymous mode — fixed
Anonymous mode now works correctly across all scenarios where it's enabled.
Visitor flows — multiple fixes
Reliability improvements across visitor invitations, check-ins, and visibility for hosts and admins.

A new page at app.yoffix.com/service shows your current environment details (release version, browser, timezone, etc.). If you ever contact support, including this information will help the team resolve your issue faster.
