Now, company administrators have more control over the booking check-in process, with the ability to customize check-in timings to a tee.

Turn On/Off Check-In Function for Your Company
Admins now have the ability to enable or disable the check-in function across their entire organization. With this feature, you can streamline your company’s workspace utilization effectively, aligning it with your organization’s specific needs and work schedules.Set the Check-In Notification

Time
We understand that every organization has unique operational dynamics. That’s why we’re giving you the power to decide when your employees should receive check-in notifications. Admins can now set the exact number of minutes before a booking starts for sending check-in notifications. Whether it’s 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes before the booking, or even 90 minutes or more - you get to decide!

Control the Hold Time for Booked Spaces
How long should a booked space be held by an employee? Now, you can set this duration as per your company’s requirements. This feature allows you to manage your workspace more efficiently, making sure it is optimally utilized and ready for the next employee on time.

Decide the Start Time for Notifications
To prevent any disturbance outside of your regular working hours, admins can also set the start time for notifications. This means no unwanted notifications will be sent outside the hours you specify, ensuring a harmonious work-life balance for your employees.
