This update covers changes released between June 9 and June 25, 2026, across room booking, employee statuses, reporting, visitor management, and booking reliability.

New

Flexible "Not available" statuses

Teams can now create custom "Not available" status types, such as training, day off, sick child, or school. These statuses appear in the employee timeline and colleague view, giving everyone a clearer and more accurate picture of availability.

Visitor settings: reception notifications

Visitor settings now support dedicated reception notification email addresses. When a visitor is added or checked in, the right people at reception are notified automatically.

Monthly reports: multiple recipients and CSV export

Monthly reports now support multiple recipient email addresses, so you can distribute them to all relevant stakeholders in one send. Reports can also be exported in CSV format, making it easier to use the data in automated workflows or external tools.

Catering in room bookings

Catering selection during room booking now works correctly when catering is enabled for a room. If your team had run into issues when adding catering to a meeting, this is resolved.

Clearer employee timeline

The employee timeline and hover details were improved for full-day, remote, not-available, and custom bookings. You now see more accurate information at a glance without switching between views.

Dashboard reports: improved analytics and structure

Downloadable dashboard reports now include clearer structure, more relevant analytics, standardized file naming, and better monthly aggregation. Meeting room analytics are included in the improved format.

Finding colleagues in my office

Selecting a colleague in my office now centers and zooms more precisely on their location, making them easier to find on the floor plan.

Fixes

  • Booking deletion issues were resolved.

  • Parking space double-booking issues were resolved.

  • Google Calendar room-sync time display issues were fixed.

  • Booking updates now sync more reliably in the tablet app without requiring users to sign in again.

  • Bookings tied to removed users can now be deleted more reliably, including cleanup of future bookings.

  • Visitor bookings no longer show check-in details where regular check-in does not apply, and those bookings are excluded from check-in requests.

Coming soon: room buffer times

You'll soon be able to set automatic buffer times before and after room bookings for preparation, cleanup, catering, layout changes, or material needs. This update is in final validation.
