Take full control of who can book what and when.

With our latest update, you can now fine-tune resource availability for different teams throughout the week.
This makes managing rotating hybrid schedules and limited office capacity easier than ever.

Alternating Access to Shared Resources

Admins can now define specific days of the week when each team is allowed to book the following resources:

  • Team zones

  • Desks

  • Parking spaces

  • Meeting rooms

This means you can assign clear access windows and prevent double-booking or overcrowding.

Example:

  • Team A can book a zone on Mondays & Tuesdays.

  • Team B can book the same zone on Wednesdays & Thursdays.

It’s perfect for companies with limited space, rotating hybrid teams, or part-time office schedules.

Improved Employee Search

We’ve also improved the search algorithm for employees who work from the office.

Now, the system first shows:

  • All people from the same team who will be in the office on that day.

  • If a user doesn’t have a team assigned, they’ll see everyone present in the office instead.

This helps you quickly find who’s around and plan your collaboration more efficiently.
