How to Connect BambooHR with Yoffix

The BambooHR integration allows Yoffix to automatically sync employee profiles and absence data—so your hybrid workplace stays up to date without any manual effort.

With just a few steps, you can connect Yoffix to your BambooHR account and start syncing users and time-off records in real time.

What the Integration Does

Once connected, Yoffix will:

  • Import employee profiles from BambooHR (name, email, department, position, profile picture)

  • Sync absence data (PTO, sick leave, etc.) so availability in Yoffix reflects real-time BambooHR updates

  • Automatically invite new employees (optional setting)

This ensures your desk booking, meeting room scheduling, and team planning always reflect the latest HR data.

How to Set Up the Integration

1. Log in to your Yoffix account

Start by logging into your admin account at app.yoffix.com.

2. Navigate to Company Settings

Click on your profile icon → Company Settings → open the Integrations tab.

3. Select BambooHR

Under User Sync Integrations, choose BambooHR from the list.

4. Enter your BambooHR API key and company domain

Get your BambooHR API key:

  1. Log in to BambooHR

  2. Click your avatar (top right) → API Keys

  3. Click Add New Key

  4. Name your key (e.g., “Yoffix Integration”) and click Generate Key

  5. Copy the key

Find your company domain:

Your domain is the subdomain in your BambooHR URL.
Example: If your URL is mycompany.bamboohr.com, then your domain is mycompany.

Paste the API key and domain into the BambooHR integration form in Yoffix.

5. Click “Connect”

Once your info is entered, click Connect. You’ll see a confirmation message if everything is set up correctly.

6. (Optional) Enable Automatic Invitations

Toggle Invite new users automatically if you want new employees to get access to Yoffix right after being added to BambooHR.

What Data Is Synced?

  • Users: Name, email, department, position, and profile picture

  • Absences: PTO, sick leave, and other time-off events

All data is kept in sync automatically—no need for manual imports.

Your BambooHR integration is now active. Yoffix will continue to update user profiles and availability in real time, helping your team collaborate and plan smarter in a hybrid setup.
