We offer a GDPR-compliant solution and implement industry standards for information security and data protection.

• All customer data is stored exclusively on secure, ISO 27001 certified servers within the EU, provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt

• Secure management of people, roles and identities (IAM system)

• All data (HTTPS for in-transit) and backups are encrypted

• All personal data will be securely deleted after the retention period has expired

• Further technical and organizational measures (TOM) for the secure management of customer data are listed in our General Terms and Conditions (Data Processing Agreement).
