Desk booking - QR codes

In Yoffix, you can book desks in three ways - in the Calendar, in Spaces, and through QR codes.

Desk booking through QR codes

If the admin has enabled desk booking through QR codes for your organization, you will see QR codes placed on desks in your office.

To book a desk, scan the code with your phone camera and open the link.

You can also check-in at your desk by scanning the QR code.
