Booking a meeting room online

With Yoffix, you can easily find the best meeting room to suit you (location, size, equipment), and find your meeting room on the map. Meeting rooms can be booked in two ways - under the Rooms tab and in Spaces.

Booking meeting rooms under Rooms

• Select the Rooms tab from the sidebar

• Select a room and hover over a time slot to make a reservation. By clicking the map symbol in the top right corner of every room block, you can see where the room is located

  

• Fill out the meeting details and add participants

• Click Save. The participants will now receive a notification about the meeting

Booking meeting rooms under Spaces

• Select the Spaces tab from the sidebar

• Select an available room and click on it to make a reservation

• Fill out the meeting details and add participants

• Click Save. The participants will now receive a notification about the meeting
