With Yoffix you can easily plan and manage your meeting rooms.
Book rooms in “My Office”
In the “My Office” tab, click on the desired room.
You’ll immediately see when it is booked or available.
Click on the time slot in the calendar to create a booking.
Add meeting details, duration, and participants.
Optionally you can include:
Catering
Equipment (projector, whiteboard)
Recurring bookings
Private meetings
Save the booking – and you’re done!
Book rooms in “Rooms”
In the “Rooms” tab, you’ll find an overview of all rooms across offices.
Use search and filters to find the right space.
Switch between daily and weekly view for better planning.
