With Yoffix you can easily plan and manage your meeting rooms.

Book rooms in “My Office”

  • In the “My Office” tab, click on the desired room.

  • You’ll immediately see when it is booked or available.

  • Click on the time slot in the calendar to create a booking.

  • Add meeting details, duration, and participants.

  • Optionally you can include:

    • Catering

    • Equipment (projector, whiteboard)

    • Recurring bookings

    • Private meetings

Save the booking – and you’re done!

Book rooms in “Rooms”

  • In the “Rooms” tab, you’ll find an overview of all rooms across offices.

  • Use search and filters to find the right space.

  • Switch between daily and weekly view for better planning.
