New: Check-In for Rooms via QR codes

Users can now check into meeting rooms using QR codes via the Tablet App. In addition to tablet check-ins, we also support QR code-based check-ins using printed codes placed outside the rooms, making check-in possible even without a tablet.

If a check-in doesn’t happen in time, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the organizer will receive a notification, freeing up unused rooms and keeping the schedule clean.
