We’ve rolled out a fresh set of updates designed to make your Yoffix experience simpler, more flexible, and even more reliable. Here’s what’s new.

Visitor Management: Enhanced Flexibility & Customization

Managing guests just got a whole lot easier. You can now:

  • Enable Check-In for Deliverers
    Let couriers and other delivery personnel check in like any other visitor.

  • Custom Welcome Message
    Set a personalized greeting that guests see when they arrive—perfect for special instructions, directions, or a friendly touch.

  • Multiple Notification Recipients
    Decide who gets notified when someone checks in at the front desk. Add as many recipients as you need to stay in the loop.

Invitations: More Options, More Control

  • Optional Invitation Acceptance
    You’re no longer locked into mandatory RSVP for every visitor. Simply disable the acceptance requirement if you prefer a more flexible approach.

  • Custom Text for Invitations
    Admins can now add their own message to every visitor invite. This is ideal for including instructions, location info, or just making guests feel welcome.

  • Refined Invitation Messaging
    We’ve improved the email text for visitor invitations in both English and German. Your guests will get clearer, friendlier emails.

Check-Ins: By User Preference & Better Controls

  • New Check-In Mode: “By User Preference”
    Employees can now pick how they check in – via Slack, Microsoft Teams, Email, or another integration. Here’s how it works:

    • If an office is set to “By User Preference,” each user chooses their own check-in method.

    • If not, the office-wide check-in method applies.

    • If nothing is set at the office level, we use your organization’s global default.

  • Room & Desk Check-In Settings Now Separated
    Offices can now have different check-in rules for rooms and for desks, so you have more granular control over how people check in to your spaces.
