Welcoming Guests Just Got Easier
We're excited to introduce a new feature that makes hosting external guests at your office smoother than ever. Employees with the right permissions can now reserve a desk for an external guest directly within Yoffix.
The guest receives an invitation email with all the key details: office address, space, desk number, and any custom message from the host.
Upon arrival, the guest completes check-in at the reception, and the host is notified immediately.
Whether you're organizing interviews, hosting partner meetings, or collaborating on-site with freelancers, this new feature helps streamline the experience for everyone involved.
Mobile Booking Improvements
We’ve also improved the mobile app: booking desks on behalf of others is now smooth and reliable, eliminating previous hiccups and ensuring a seamless experience on the go.
