This tutorial explains how to create customizable multi-day bookings in Yoffix using the calendar or the My Office view.
Book Multiple Days at Once
If you plan to work in the office on several non-consecutive days, you can create a multi-day booking in just a few steps.
Step 1: Open the Calendar
Go to the Calendar view and select one of the days you want to book (for example, Friday).
You can:
Set a full-day booking
Or define specific working hours
Step 2: Select “Custom”
To book multiple days:
Click Custom.
Select all relevant days (e.g., Friday, Monday, Tuesday).
Adjust time settings if required.
Step 3: Save Your Booking
Click Save.
Your booking will now appear:
On the selected day in the current week
On additional selected days (e.g., the following week)
Book via My Office (Space Screen)
You can also create multi-day bookings directly from the My Office view by selecting a desk and defining multiple days before saving.
