New: Check-In for Rooms via Tablet App

You can now check into meeting rooms directly on the tablet app mounted at the room entrance. If no one checks in within the defined time, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and the organizer will be notified – freeing up unused rooms and keeping your schedule clean.

In addition to tablet check-ins, we also support QR code-based check-ins using printed codes placed outside the rooms - making check-in possible even without a tablet.

Improved: Full-Screen Mode on Tablets

The Room Tablet App now supports a full-screen mode in both portrait and landscape orientations, offering a more polished look and easier interaction, no matter how your tablet is mounted.
