Product release 13.01.25 - multiple upgrades & fixes
1. Photos for Conference Rooms
• You can now upload photos of your conference rooms and even set a main image. Showcase your meeting spaces visually, making it easier for users to choose the right room at a glance.
2. Updated Booking Design (Experimental Feature)
• We’ve revamped the booking interface with a fresh, intuitive design, now available as an experimental feature. Try it out and experience a more seamless and user-friendly way to book spaces.
3. Smarter Parking Management
• Improved Availability Checks: If a manager makes a new parking reservation, existing reservations for that space will automatically be canceled, and users will receive a notification about the change.
• Repeat Booking Checks: Parking availability is now validated even for recurring bookings, ensuring smoother planning for your team.
4. Absense status 🚫
we now hide the additional absence status if they are viewed by a regular employee. For admins and team leads from the employee’s team we show the additional status
Improved Booking Process ✏️
Now, when you edit a booking, the previous booking is updated rather than deleted and replaced. This change ensures a more seamless editing experience, reduces confusion, and keeps your booking history intact.
• Note: For recurring series bookings, the system will still delete and replace the series if edited.
6. Numerous Fixes & Improvements
• Pins disappearing from floor plans? Not anymore!
• Deleting a pin? You’ll now receive a warning to avoid accidental actions.
• German language corrections for a more polished experience for our German-speaking users.
