What is Fast Booking?
Fast Booking is the quickest way to organize your workweek in Yoffix. Whether you want to book your favorite desk, let your team know you’ll be working from home, or mark yourself as unavailable, you can now do it instantly – no extra steps, no fuss.
How Does Fast Booking Work?
Just hover over the day you want to update on your Yoffix calendar. Instantly, three options will pop up:
Office – Book your desk for the day
Home – Set your attendance status to working from home
Unavailable – Mark yourself as away for that day
Choose the option you want with a single click. That’s it!

Smarter Desk Booking
If you select “Office,” Fast Booking will automatically reserve your favorite desk (if it’s available). No need to scroll or search – your top pick is booked right away.
Need Something Different?
No problem. Click the filter icon to fine-tune your booking. You can choose a different desk, filter by amenities, or make special requests – all without leaving the same screen.
