How to Manage Billing and Payment Options in Yoffix

Yoffix uses modular pricing with 6 independent modules that you can purchase separately or combine:

  • Desk Booking

  • Room Booking

  • Team Collaboration

  • Visitor Management

  • Parking Space Booking

  • Asset (Resource) Booking

Flexible bundles available for popular combinations (e.g. Desk + Room + Parking).

Tiered Pricing & Bulk Discounts

Price per user decreases as your organization grows across all modules.

Payment Methods

Option 1: Credit Card (Monthly)

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.

  2. Choose Monthly billing → enter card details.

  3. Activate plan – billing starts immediately.

Best for: Fast setup, flexible scaling.

Option 2: Invoice (Annual/Multi-year)

  1. Contact sales@yoffix.com with:

    • Company details (billing address, VAT ID)

    • Desired modules + user count

    • Contract length (1-3 years for extra discounts)

  2. Receive custom quote + invoice.

  3. Pay via bank transfer → sales activates your modules.

Best for: Larger teams, budget planning, multi-year savings.
