How to Invite Colleagues and Book Desks
Step 1: Select the Date
Open your calendar and choose the date, for example the 9th of May.
Make sure your own status is set to Office and your desk is booked.
Step 2: Add a Booking for a Colleague
Select a desk.
Assign it to your colleague.
Confirm the booking.
Repeat this step for additional colleagues.
Verify Desk Allocation
To check the seating arrangement:
Go to the Space view.
Select the relevant date.
Confirm that all desks are located near each other.
