Check in via Slack or MS Teams
The check-in function sends employees a reminder to confirm or cancel their booking. In case the booking is not confirmed within the specified time interval, it is canceled automatically. This is an optional feature that can be enabled or disabled in Settings.
The notifications appear in Slack or MS Teams, depending on each employee's specified notification channel.
Setting up the check-in function
Navigate to Settings / Notification Center
Turn on the check-in function and configure how far in advance it should be sent, after how long the booking should be canceled, and what time the system should begin sending notifications (no notifications will be sent before this time, even if there are bookings made before it)
