We’re excited to share the latest updates designed to make your hybrid workplace experience more transparent, connected, and easy to manage. With these changes, it’s now simpler to find the right colleagues, organize your schedule, and keep track of your team’s office presence.

Employee Attributes

You can now add custom attributes for employees such as skills, certifications, roles, or languages. The attributes are visible in desk bookings, making it easier to sit near colleagues with relevant expertise.

Use the new search by attributes option to quickly find teammates with shared skills or responsibilities.

Improved Employee Search

Finding colleagues has become faster and more informative.

  • Search directly by name, department, or attributes.

  • Instantly see when a colleague will be in the office, whether today or in the future.

All-New Calendar Experience

The calendar has been fully redesigned to give you a clearer overview of your workweek and your team’s schedule.

The calendar now includes three tabs: My bookings, My team, and All colleagues.

My bookings

Displays detailed information about your own bookings for each day including desks, rooms, parking, and visitors. This view now also features a new date picker with statuses for whole month for convenient navigation and overview.

Highlights which teammates are in the office on each day of the week, so you can better coordinate in-person collaboration.

All colleagues

Shows your weekly status (office, remote, absent) and provides a list of colleagues with their statuses for each day of the week.

New Sidebar Navigation

The sidebar has been updated for a cleaner experience:

  • Spaces is now called My Office

  • Offices is now Office Setup

  • The sidebar also expands on hover, making navigation more intuitive.


Coming soon: Collaboration in My Team View

We’re rolling out new collaboration features to bring your team closer together:

  • Invite a teammate for lunch

  • Book a seat next to a colleague

  • “See you there” reactions — like and indicate that you’ll also be in the office
