We’re excited to share the latest updates designed to make your hybrid workplace experience more transparent, connected, and easy to manage. With these changes, it’s now simpler to find the right colleagues, organize your schedule, and keep track of your team’s office presence.

Employee Attributes

You can now add custom attributes for employees such as skills, certifications, roles, or languages. The attributes are visible in desk bookings, making it easier to sit near colleagues with relevant expertise.

Use the new search by attributes option to quickly find teammates with shared skills or responsibilities.

Finding colleagues has become faster and more informative.

All-New Calendar Experience

The calendar has been fully redesigned to give you a clearer overview of your workweek and your team’s schedule.

The calendar now includes three tabs:

All colleagues

Shows your weekly status (office, remote, absent) and provides a list of colleagues with their statuses for each day of the week.

My bookings

Displays detailed information about your own bookings for each day including desks, rooms, parking, and visitors. This view now also features a new date picker with statuses for whole month for convenient navigation and overview.

My team

Highlights which teammates are in the office on each day of the week, so you can better coordinate in-person collaboration.

  • My Bookings brings together all reservations in one place.

  • My Team helps you align with colleagues on shared office days.

  • Quick actions allow you to book a guest seat or schedule a team event directly from the calendar.

  • Week-by-week navigation makes planning ahead much easier.

With the latest update, you can now add and search by employee attributes and use a redesigned calendar with dedicated views for your bookings, your team, and all colleagues, making it easier to plan your hybrid work.
