Customizing company rules

Setting your corporate hybrid rules

Yoffix allows you to define corporate rules for your hybrid office to manage your office utilization.

  • Select Settings from the sidebar

  • Under Company Rules, you will be able to set how many days, weeks, or months in advance employees can book desks

  • You will find other optional settings that can be enabled and disabled here


As an admin, you can customize the following types of notifications for your organization:

  • Check-in function: sends a message to remind employees to confirm or cancel their booking. In case the booking is not confirmed, it will be canceled automatically. This is an optional feature.

  • Next week's attendance: a weekly message every user receives with an overview of their schedule for next week
