I made a desk booking, but it disappeared. Why?

If your admin has enabled check-in, every booking must be confirmed within the specified check-in window, otherwise it will be deleted. You will receive a check-in notification asking you to confirm or cancel your booking. 

An admin or team lead can also delete your booking. In that case, you will receive an email specifying who has deleted it.
