How easy it is to update the floor plans in the app?

Is it easy to update floor plans in the system should the layout change (new desks added etc) without disrupting all the existing bookings?

You can update your floor plans in the system without a problem yourself or ask Yoffix customer Support to do it. Existing bookings will not be effected by it.

Important is not to delete already created desks, rooms and parking slots. Evtl. after new plan is uploaded you have to adjust the location of desks, rooms and parking slots.
