Product release 20.10.24 - Update of Yoffix Booking UX & Functionalities

We introduced a universal resource booking, status and event creation component that will be reusable across all screens, improving the customer experience.

Here is a list of improvements we implemented in the new functionality:

• When booking seats on SpaceScreen, users will be able to see their schedule for the day, including absences and Room Events

• Flexible booking time intervals - the user will be able to set any interval, even 15 minute intervals.

  In addition, we provide the functionality of manual time entry

• New parking space booking process, we disable random parking reservation, now the user will always see which parking space we choose for him and he will be able to change it manually.

• More flexible rules for recurring events - you can now manually specify until what date recurring bookings will last.

• Also, the user will always be able to see the schedule of the selected accommodation and see how its schedule overlaps with the schedule of the selected accommodation.

• New and convenient timeline and interaction with it - when editing a status, the user will be able to move it in a possible time frame

• Also, the timeline will now show the user’s calendar events, which makes scheduling office visits more convenient.
