Upgrade of multi tenant feature for MS Teams with updated instruction

Improvements and fixes:

• Rules page in Admin panel in MS Teams not working - fixed

• changed the logic of importing calendar events from Microsoft Calendar. Now we synchronize all events from a room, even if the organiser does not exist in Yoffix.

• Show only exist tags on selected space (not for all office) in Space Screen

• When changing space in Space Screen - Time and occupancy do not change - fixed

• Tags for parking spots not showed when we use manual selection (Space Screen & Calendar) - fixed

• Major improvements on Space Screen - the speed of working with large plans is improved many times, when changing the day  or filters we do not change the position and zoom of the map, as well as pins are not re-rendered at each change

• Fixed problems when editing existing bookings.
