We're excited to launch Smart Schedule – a new feature that helps employees plan their ideal office week with just a few clicks. It’s our latest step toward making hybrid work simpler and smarter with context-aware suggestions based on team and space availability.

What is Smart Schedule?

Smart Schedule automatically suggests the best office days for the upcoming week by analyzing:

• Your team’s working rules (e.g. required in-office days)

• Workspace and seat availability

Employees can:

• Apply the full suggested schedule with one click

• Customize it day-by-day to match personal preferences

Available on Desktop and Mobile

• Desktop: Smart Schedule appears as helpful suggestions during your booking process.

• Mobile: Apply or adjust your Smart Schedule directly in the app – quick and easy.

How it works

• Uses team rules (working days or required office days per week)

• Suggests days when the employee’s favourite seat is available
