1. Enhanced Weekly Attendance Overview
• Now, when you check the weekly attendance, you’ll see desk numbers, office names, and information about booked parking spots. This detailed view helps you plan and manage resources more efficiently.
2. Improved Booking Process
• We’ve corrected the transition issues from ‘Remote’ to ‘Office’ status in our booking process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Fixed an issue where opening a previously created booking for another day via a link did not display correctly.
3. Space Screen Widget Update
• The statistics widget on the Space Screen has been updated to show correct data concerning the availability of seats and meeting rooms, giving managers accurate insights at a glance.
4. More Detailed Monthly Reports
• Our monthly reports now include detailed statistics about company-wide attendance, showing absences as a percentage of total bookings. This allows for better tracking and management of employee availability.
5. Extended Synchronization Period • We have extended the synchronization period for absences from Personio to half a year, ensuring that your records are comprehensive and up-to-date.
6. Weekend Booking Settings • Following your feedback, we have removed weekends from the booking interface when the organization’s settings prohibit weekend bookings, simplifying the scheduling process.
7. Enhanced German Localization • Many corrections have been made to the German translations across our application, improving usability and comprehension for our German-speaking users.
